Our Story

Ethos pairs that design-first approach with the operational depth of a 26-year Vancouver furnishings business, from specification and procurement through logistics and installation. One accountable partner from planning to the last chair in place.

For more than two decades, founder Zane Mohammed led Buy Rite Business Furnishings, building a reputation for reliability, service, and the operational expertise required to deliver complex workplace projects, from furniture planning and procurement to logistics, installation, and project coordination.

That experience showed us something: the organizations we serve best do not see the workplace as a line item. They see it as an investment in their people. That belief became the foundation for Ethos.

The word itself speaks to the character and values that define an organization — the feeling people get when they walk through the door, and how a company shows up for its team, its clients, and its future. Ethos was built to bring that spirit into the workplace: environments that reflect who an organization is, how it works, and where it is going.

Today, Ethos combines that operational depth with a more thoughtful, design-focused approach, partnering with select manufacturers and trades who share our standards for transparency, precision, and quality.
